Under the automatic disciplinary provisions of the Institute’s bylaws, Ms. Zarsky’s AICPA membership was terminated, effective September 21, 2018, the date of the SEC’s Order. This action is based on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Order Instituting Public Administrative Proceedings Pursuant to Rule 102(e) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice, Making Findings, and Imposing Remedial Sanctions.
