The AICPA’s Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS), along with our partners at RanOne, have identified six core competencies required by your firm’s staff to provide outstanding client service. The core competencies include:

  • Productivity

  • Technical knowledge

  • People development and teamwork

  • Business development

  • Culture and inclusion
