What does the apprenticeship involve?

This structured program combines paid on-the-job training, instruction through the CGMA Finance Leadership Program, and mentorship at the employer’s site.

The CGMA Finance Leadership Program is a guided, digital learning and assessment route ideally positioned to accelerate the development of early career finance business partners. It builds finance competency across a broad set of technical, business, digital, people and leadership skills

The Finance Leadership Program focuses on real world application and knowledge integration in a digital world and leads to the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation.
